Gilmore hydraulic regulators are the ideal no-leakage solution for maintaining downstream pressure by supplying or venting fluid. Gilmore’s hardened stainless steel hydro-seals slide to provide a wiping action that resists contamination and chatter, and they’re pressure energized to hold tighter as pressure rises.

Gilmore manufactures hydraulic pressure-reducing regulators for supply pressures ranging from 3,000 psi to 20,000 psi and regulated pressures ranging from 300 psi to 20,000 psi. Piping/tubing connections are readily available in NPT, SAE, MP, and also in Code 62 flat face and seal sub with sizes ranging from 1/2” to 2”. Gilmore can accommodate other connection configurations to your specifications. We offer actuators including preset, manual, remote pneumatic air dome, pneumatic fail-safe and hydraulic fail-safe.

APPLICATION:

A pressure-reducing regulator is an adjustable device used to control and maintain an outlet pressure to a secondary circuit that is lower than or equal to the supply pressure of the primary circuit. The device senses any changes in the supply pressure and automatically compensates to maintain the constant function or outlet pressure as set by the operator.
